The Individualized Supported Living (ISL) program provides personalized training and support based on each individual’s unique needs. Services are delivered both in the home and throughout the community, allowing individuals to develop functional life skills in real-world settings. The program’s flexible approach supports individuals with a wide range of needs, including those with significant developmental disabilities, helping them gain independence, learn new skills, and actively participate in their communities. A key focus of ISL is personal choice, giving individuals the ability to select their activities, living arrangements, and roommates in a way that best supports their goals and lifestyle.
The Group Home program provides individuals with developmental disabilities a safe, supportive, and family-like environment with 24-hour assistance. Residents live together in a setting that encourages independence, personal growth, and community involvement while building essential daily living skills. Support is individualized to meet each person’s needs and goals, with a strong focus on health, well-being, and personal choice. Residents are encouraged to participate in meaningful activities, including employment opportunities and recreational outings they choose for themselves. Go for a visit, they love the company!

“Favorite thing about living here is not having to share a bedroom with someone who is a dog-gone pain in the butt.”
“Like living here and having new housemates and new staff and getting to know them and what they do for us, their love for us and the love for their work.”
“I like having staff that is funny and outgoing and loyal and kind and caring and like doing things for me.”
“I like that I have someone to take me places and someone that knows about my history more than anyone.”
“My favorite thing to do is to go to the park and animal shelter and play with the dogs. As long as they don’t bite.”
“Working here is fun and I get to see my friends and laugh a lot.”
“I like shopping at Walmart and my staff take me when I ask.”
“I have worked here a long time and don’t want that to change, I like having a bus pick me up and take me home too.”
